Master of Computer Application
Master of computer application is commonly known as MCA. this is a postgraduate information technology program. The course is designed to offer the candidates a solid theoretical knowledge about computer application. The program is intended to offer the modern & industry-oriented-program in the applied computer science. MCA program is offered by the many institute and colleges. Master of computer application prepares candidates to take a position such as- system designer, system analysis, managers and programs in any IT related areas.
MCA Admission in Adikavi Nannaya University

Entrance examination:
To get admission in the course students need to qualify the entrance test conducted by many universities. After the entrance test, the university will be preparing a merit list, according to qualified students and then qualified candidates are called for the counseling process. In the counseling, process seat is allotted to candidates, and then admission is completed.
Direct admission:
On the basis of the merit list, in the qualifying test, the direct admission process will be done. Some institute/college offers the admission process in management quota. In every colleges/institute management quota seats are reserved.
Duration of MCA
The Duration of MCA program 3 years, which divided into 6-semester, This program covering many aspects of computational theory, programming, algorithm design and optimization, network and database management, mobile technologies, electronics, mathematics, and etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- For the admission in the program, students must have a Bachelor degree in computer application or any other equivalent bachelor degree program.
- Candidates must have mathematics as compulsory subjects in 12th class, and students who have qualified 1-year graduation BCA they also can pursue the MCA program.
- In the bachelor degree program, students must have 50% for the general category students and 45% for the reserved students.
