Koshi College, Khagaria used to be installed on the eighth of January 1947. The founder of this esteemed organization was once Late Mr. Harvansh Narayan Singh, former S.D.O. Khagaria. He used to be a brilliant visionary, an educationist, and an authentic champion of excessive moral values and used to be very sympathetic closer to socially backward humans and their destiny especially these residing at the periphery and have been steady victims of the furnace and fury of the Seven Sister Rivers.
