Maharaja Agrasen University (MAU) derives its name from Maharaja Agrasen, born during the last stages of Dwapar Yuga in the Mahabharat epic era who established the Kingdom of Agroha, near Hissar in Haryana, about 5000 years ago. His monarchy consisted of 18 units. The head of each unit was given a specific ‘gotra’. Equality, Humanism, and Nonviolence were the guiding principles of his kingdom.

Maharaja Agrasen University Admission Procedure

For B.Tech Courses: The Students must get 15% marks in JEE Main for General category and 10% marks for reserved category students

For B.Pharma Courses: The minimum eligibility criteria are 20% marks for general or 15% marks for reserved category students in HPCET Examination.

The students must obtain 45% marks as per AICTE general category students and 40% marks for reserved category

For M.Tech Courses: The students must hold BE/B.Tech degree with 50% marks(General) and 45% marks for reserved category students as per AICTE Norms.
