The University was officially installed on March 20, 1965, by Late Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri, the then Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. For All UG Program Except B.Sc(Hons) Community Science: Students will get the admission based on the basis of performance in the State Level Common Entrance Test which is conducting by AP State Council of Higher Education Government of AP.
For B.Sc Courses: The students must clear 12th/MPC/Bi.PC or Diploma in Home Science is eligible to take admission in this course.
