Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, growing importance for excellence legal education, various national law schools develop a lot of importance. To meet the necessities of students of this State, the Government of Andhra Pradesh obvious to found a new Law University and as per the choice of the Council of Ministers conference held on 30-06-2008 the Governor of Andhra Pradesh broadcast the Andhra Pradesh University of Law Decree, 2008 on 8th July 2008. DSNLU has successfully met all of the HLACT’s accreditation requirements and as a result, has been awarded Full Accreditation by HLACT. The University of Law came into existence with Visakhapatnam as Main Campus and two branches at Kadapa and Nizamabad.
