National Law University, Admission Procedure

For B.A.LL.B(Hons) Course: Students must be passed 12th or an equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks from any reputed institute or Board.
The eligibility criteria for foreign nationals students will be 65% marks in the 12th or an equivalent.

Total Number of Seat.

80[70 seats are filled through All India Law Entrance Test(AILET) and 10 seats are reserved for direct admission to Foreign students on merit(5 Seat for Foreign National & 5 Seat for OCI/PIO).

AILET Entrance Test Scheme

The AILET has consisted of 150 MCQ(Multiple Choice Question) and the duration of the test is 1 hour 30 minute.

Negative Marking:

There will be Negative Marking in AILET 2021-22.  Formula 0.25*4=1 that means per wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted. Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to a deduction of 1 Mark.
