The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu recognized a University wholly for Music and Fine Arts so as to reservation, foster, popularise, endorse the traditional system of Indian Music, Performing Arts and Fine Arts practiced in Tamil Nadu, viz.,
